General Information

The State Vigilance Commission is an independent body of the Uttar Pradesh Government responsible for prevention of corruption and monitoring the conduct of government employees.

The office is open Monday to Friday, from 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The office remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays and government holidays.

Complaints & Grievances

You can file a complaint through the following methods:

  1. By Email: Send your complaint to the designated email address secy.svc-up@gov.in
  2. In person: By visiting the office
  3. By Post: Send written complaint to the following address –

Right to Information (RTI)

RTI application can be filed through:

  1. Online: On RTI portal (rtionline.gov.in)
  2. Written: By sending application to Public Information Officer at
    Vigilance Commission & Administrative Tribunal, Uttar Pradesh
    5th Floor, Jawahar Bhawan, Ashok Marg
    Lucknow – 226001, Uttar Pradesh.

Fee: ₹10 (Free for BPL families)
