How to File a Complaint

Complaint Guidelines

  • Complaints should be specific and contain verifiable facts
  • Anonymous complaints are generally not entertained
  • Include your full name, address, and contact details
  • Attach supporting documents if available
  • Clearly mention the name and designation of the official against whom complaint is made

What Happens Next?

  1. Your complaint will be acknowledged
  2. It will be examined by the Vigilance Department
  3. If found substantive, it will be forwarded for investigation
  4. You will be informed of the outcome
Note: The Commission does not process complaints against legislative members or elected government officials.
